Great Service by Compass Window
We were looking for windows for our house because our crank out windows were bent and we wanted to have double hung windows installed. We had Feldco and Compass come out to give us a quote. The representative from Feldco tried to use high pressure tactics to get us to sign right away. Rob from Compass came to our house and showed us his product. He was honest and showed us what we needed and did not try to up sell us. He gave us a quote for 14 windows, which was less than Feldco's and told us to take our time in deciding if we wanted to sign a contract (no pressure from him). We thought that his product was superior and signed the next day. The windows came in the time frame promised and the crew that came out was wonderful. They took their shoes off every time they came into the house and helped me clear some stuff from the windows in the basement. They confirmed the window sizes before installation and showed me what they were going to do. They installed the windows quickly and professionally and even cleaned up both inside and outside. Rob even came back to make sure that the installation was going well and there were no problems. I have already referred him and his company to some friends and would highly recommend him to anyone.
Great Experience
The team at Compass was really great to work with. They took time to show me different products and help me choose the product that worked best for me. They showed up when they said they would and they were highly professional throughout. My new Diamond Kote siding/soffit/facia and my new gutters all look awesome. I highly recommend Compass.
Very Happy With Compass
Compass replaced windows throughout my property, including both slider windows and double hung windows. It gives our house a totally fresh look and makes it very easy to enjoy the outdoors, from within. I would totally recommend Compass for any window installation needs

Rob came out to give us a quote and he was great. Really worked to give us the best quality and a great price. He was cognizant of our time as well as our budget. The day of installation he came out in the morning as well as after the job to make sure the quality of the installation was what was discussed. Our installers also were very polite clean and quick. The windows and patio door truly transformed my home, thanks to this great company and quality materials. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
Pay much less for a better product!
Rob just put in all new windows and patio slider for me. We like our house cool so keep it at about 68 all the time. Just in one day I can feel the difference. I can put the thermostat at 71 now and feel how the old 68 felt! They are gorgeous and I can flip them down and clean them. I’m so very happy with Compass Windows and Doors! Don’t mess with the big name companies that rip you off. Get an estimate from Compass Windows and Doors and pay much less for a better product!
