Compass Windows did a great job! Process was easy and they did a great job switching out the window and cleaning up any mess! Window looks so much better now!

My experience with Compass Window and Door was great! Super friendly and professional, and got back to me very quickly. I always love to support a family-owned business, and so glad I reached out. They were able to install a few custom egress windows for us (surprisingly very difficult to find a local installer who will do this at a reasonable price) and they made the whole process so easy and seamless. Great customer service as well! Will be recommending them to anyone that needs new windows!

Very happy with windows and installation. There was one issue due to a communication issue between Compass and the window manufacturer. I let Compass know one thing was not as expected and they came out that day and determined that it was not per the contract. They fixed the issue the very next day. This cost the company time and money but they took care of it. That is the mark of a good company. I am so happy I actually ordered additional windows!

Was very happy with honesty on pricing and install availability. Was not personally here when they installed but my wife told be she was super happy with the service done. So all in all. Compass Windows knows the ultimate comment to live by. ………… “Happy Wife - Happy Life” 👍👍👍

Very happy with the window purchase, it's been over a year now. The day of the install the guys were in and out in about 2 hours and installed 4 windows. Good housekeeping skills, respectful, and professional.

No BS consultation. Short time from ordering to installation. Did the whole house and was so neat and clean you would never know they were there. Had a window crack during the negative temps, texted Steve on a Sunday, 3 weeks later replacement in. Can't say enough about how happy we are.
