Compass was amazing. They were on time, courteous, and customer centered. The installers were polite and efficient and cleaned up everything. The owner is such a nice guy he even came to the house to ensure our windows were exactly what we wanted. This is a great company I can’t say enough about what a great experience we had.
Whole house replacement windows, siding, gutters
Top notch experience - everything was seamless start to finish. Rob & Eric (highly recommended) came out and showed us various options (since we never purchased new windows, siding, etc before). Rob & Eric were very professional, and were willing to work with us based on our budget. We did obtain multiple quotes from various companies and decided to go with Compass as we felt Compass had a very good understanding of what we wanted and the cost was very reasonable. I have to admit - I was not that excited about getting new windows, siding and gutters. However, once everything was installed, I couldn't believe how much nicer our house looked. We have received multiple compliments from others on how nice everything looks. Through the whole process, Rob, Eric & the whole team at Compass were top notch.
Very pleased
The sales, management and install personal were all very polite and professional. Pleased with the windows. Windows are an expensive, Compass came in with a good price and seems like so far a quality product. Rob and his sales demonstration won me over. Far out did the major brand name that came out for quote and about half the price. Time will tell. I did have a broken screen nothing that the company did and as promised per the warranty Jim scheduled a service call to have repaired with out issue. Install was quick and everything cleaned up nicely. Very Happy, nice to find a company to deal with without the bull Thank you Compass team.

Timely and excellent service.
Compass Windows has a great service from start to finish. We initiated our contract with a very pleasant and informative salesperson...Billy who helped us select two modern entryways for our home. Within a short time frame a gentleman came out measured and let us know our doors were on order. That was in February....our doors are up and look fabulous. In this time of uncertainty they followed through. Thank you Compass for committing to the completion. Job well done!

I had 14 estimates prior and decided to go with them. The gentleman who came to my home showed me flaws that currently were wrong with my home. He provided me with samples as well as an estimate. He was extremely personable and genuinely took interest in the welfare of my home. I felt comfortable going with this company. The gentleman who installed it were great. Junior answered all my questions and we're at my home at the time when promised. They finished within excellent timing. They did everything they said they were going to do. Cover, tyvek. My windows look better than before! I'll refer them to everyone!! The professionalism and time management were impeccable from start to finish. From the estimate to the construction workers. I hope that you highly consider them for your next project.
Whole House Replacement Windows
Rob, Jim, Eric, and the rest of the team were friendly, courteous, and professional. They did a good job explaining their products and pricing unlike some other companies. The installers showed up on time and worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job. When they left, everything was cleaned up as if they were not even here (inside and out). Very professional. The new windows and woodwork look beautiful! Thank you!
Windows and patio door install.
Very professional company. Installed a patio door and 3 windows in a few hours. Install crew did a great job. Windows and patio door are great quality. Installers dealt with a poor original patio door and did an excellent job installing the new one. I would recommend this company to anybody in need of windows and doors. My only issue is now I want the rest of my windows replaced.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE
Compass Window was AMAZING!!! I don't leave reviews... ever. But I've also never went through an easier process with such a courteous and honest staff throughout any of my other home renovations. I needed 17 original windows replaced from my home built in the 50's before selling. I wanted a decent window, but price was my number 1 deciding factor. I made all 7 companies I called aware of this, and 3 wouldn't even come out. 1 actually called me back and said they knew a company that was reputable and that I should try, Compass. Bill from Compass was the last salesman that came out. No gimmicks, no "upgrades" like the others. He actually gave me suggestions on how to make things cheaper while not sacrificing quality AND they had their own installers. The price, Compass beat EVERYONE, one of them by HALF! When it was time for the 2nd measure, the gentleman called me while at my home, and told me it would improve my curb appeal if I changed 2 of the attached windows from a single sliding to a double.....(But that was part of how I got the price so cheap) When I asked "How Much?", he said absolutely nothing, we'll take care of it for you. My windows came in BEFORE schedule and the install was 2 weeks earlier than estimated. ALL 17 windows were installed on the first day, and the second day was for additional outside work. Whole House Window Replacement
Got a recommendation from a friend to check out Compass to replace our house's original windows. Had an in-home visit/quote, and decided to make the investment. The installers were great - very quick, professional, cleaned up the mess, and finished the job in one day (a huge need for our family). We had some communication hiccups that the owner Jim remedied after the install. Overall, we highly recommend Compass.
