Very happy with windows and installation. There was one issue due to a communication issue between Compass and the window manufacturer. I let Compass know one thing was not as expected and they came out that day and determined that it was not per the contract. They fixed the issue the very next day. This cost the company time and money but they took care of it. That is the mark of a good company. I am so happy I actually ordered additional windows!
