Windows and patio door install
The customer service was amazing. Dave came out the day after we called. He was very educational and kind. We had a corporate company come out first and they we rude and tried to strong arm us without giving us a minute to think. Dave gave us all of the information without hiding anything and gave us our space. He gave us a time frame of when the install would begin and it was spot on. The final product is absolutely beautiful. We love the double lock on the patio door, as we have a little one and security is very important. We could not be more happy and we will definitely be using this company for the rest of our windows in the future!
Perfect Process
We used compass for replacing our front and patio doors as well as with our roof. Compass outlined the entire process for us, was transparent with pricing and honest with the timeframe so we could set expectations. Having been burned by other contractors , I’m thrilled to say Compass delivered on every promise made and provided exceptional service throughout. The staff was a breeze in scheduling installations, the crews were all on time, professional and took the extra steps to ensure everything met their standard and cleaned up afterwards. Compass did an amazing job installing all new windows and doors in my home. Dave gave us our options and with no gimmicks. Very honest and fair pricing. Installers were very experienced and paid attention to every detail. The house looks great and we are very happy. Highly recommend compass.

Let me start off by saying this was the easiest project I’ve done in the past 30 years. Working with the guys from Compass was effortless and at no point in time ever a pressure Sale, they listen to my needs and exceeded my expectations. Their installers did a fantastic job Thorough and very professional, I would highly recommend this company for your window and door projects.
Wonderful Company and People to Work With
My experience with Compass Windows was great and reassuring that we chose to move forward with our project. We replaced 31 windows and 2 doors and I felt the team at Compass gave us the best price abd timeline to complete. Basement Window Replacement
I received an excellent quote for three, small windows that needed replacing in my basement. Steve came over and went through all of my options. He was incredibly professional and offered me a great price. The installer came out to replace the windows, which took about three hours. They look amazing and I couldn't be happier with the service and value I received!
